These purchase terms describe the basic commercial conditions for buying a Comprobare license through comprobare.com.

2. Product
The product is a digital license for the Comprobare desktop application. An Annual license covers one workstation for one year. A Lifetime license covers one workstation with no time limit. A separate written agreement may state otherwise.
3. Price and payment
The prices shown on the website are €100 per year per workstation for an Annual license and €249 per workstation, paid once, for a Lifetime license. Prices include VAT. Payments are processed securely by PayU. Available payment methods may include card, BLIK, and bank transfer depending on PayU availability.
4. License delivery
- The license is delivered digitally after payment confirmation.
- Standard activation time is up to 1 business day.
- Company invoice or volume orders can be arranged by contacting us before purchase.
5. Returns and withdrawal
Consumer withdrawal rights apply where required by applicable law. Because Comprobare includes a 7-day full-featured trial before purchase, activated digital licenses are non-refundable unless mandatory law states otherwise or a technical issue prevents use and cannot be resolved.

Complaints and technical issues should be sent to comprobareapp@gmail.com. Please include your order date, license email, operating system, and a short description of the issue.
7. Related documents
Use of the software is also governed by the License Agreement. Personal data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
